Summer was AMAZING!!!!! I wish I could put more stars on her review, specially on her negotiation skills. We were dealing with what could be considered a very unstable seller. One day he'd be anxious to make the deal happen, the next he'd be dragging his feet, or ready to give up entirely. Summer handled him fantasticaly. She made sure we got what we wanted, going way above and beyond normal, to keep the process moving forward. This is my wife and my "forever" home, we plan on keeping this house. But if any one of our family or friends are looking to buy, we definitely and strongly advise them to use Summer's outstanding abilities.
